PADI Advanced Open Water course
The PADI Advanced Open Water course consists of 5 different adventure dives. Any
dive is also the first dive of a specialty course. The Advanced course lets you
learn about the wide variety of different types of diving you can
do, such as deep diving, wreck diving, night diving and much more.
PADI Cave (Cavern) Diver
The purpose of the PADI Cavern Diver course is to familiarize you with the
skills, knowledge, procedures, techniques and potential problems of cave diving. All
diving equipment and certification included - max. 2 people per instructor.
Snorkeling excursion by boat in the underwater reserve
Snorkeling excursion by boat in the underwater reserve. Duration: 2.5 hours. Snorkeling equipment
and refreshments are included.
Son Bou Scuba
Son Bou Scuba is a dive center (PADI 5 Star Dive Resort, BSAC Resort Centre) and dive store under Dutch/German management. The center is centrally located on Menorca’s south coast, and thus offers the possibility, to dive virtually all dive sites of the island, regardless of the wind direction.
Menorca offers excellent diving conditions with average 30-meter visibility and 27° warm water in July & August. Breathtaking caves such as Pont d’en Gil, Swiss Cheese, La Catedral, Moon Pool and the Belltower are waiting to be discovered by you, as well as a selection of wrecks such as the Ocean Diver, the Malakoff and the Général Chanzy. For those who prefer the underwater scenery and marine life, we offer boat dives to the underwater reserve on Menorca’s north coast and other coves. Here you can see large groupers and groups of barracuda, among others.
For beginners, we organize daily “Discover Scuba” dives in the sea – for ages 10 and up! ‘Discover Scuba’ dives are not done by boat but from the shore, allowing you to get used to this new environment at your leisure. A “Discover Scuba” group consists of up to 4 participants with their own instructor, ensuring your safety and fun!
